Thoracic Cavity Cake

It’s the goreiest birthday cake I’ve ever seen! Barbara Jo and Barbara May are sisters who made this amazing (and rather off-putting) cake which resembles an entire thoracic cavity – must be hard to bake with Mrs Beeton in one hand and Gray’s Anatomy in the other.
