The Band Aid Dilemma

20 years ago I bought the original Band Aid single. I hated it. As a music fan, it was an insult to everything I loved. What made it worse was that musicians that I respected had been involved on the recording. Fast forward 20 years and it’s happening again (although this time, there aren’t many musicians I respect involved). I don’t want to be a grouch and not do my bit though – so what’s a geek to do? BandAidDilemma.net seems the best way to keep a clear conscience. Simply buy the single from the shops then destroy it in an amusing fashion (flames, explosions, acid etc) and film/photograph the resulting havoc for everyone’s entertainment.
