Cameras that can re-focus after taking a photo

Whoa. Imagine being able to refocus a photo after taking it. Sounds impossible? Apparently not according to this paper from Stanford Uni on Light Field photography. Loads of examples and explanations that even I can (mostly) follow. Highly impressive stuff.
