Play too many FPS games?

You know when you’re playing too many FPS (First Person Shooter) games when you start bunny hopping down the street or ducking behind any boxes you see in side streets so that you can reload. Some people have told me they see an arm holding a gun in their field of view too but I wonder if their friends had stuck some of these FPS glasses on them whilst they were asleep.
