Watch Full Length Cartoons Online (Massive List)
I think it’ll take me quite some time to work my way through this massive list of Full Length Cartoons Online available for watching on YouTube. Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Futurama, Family Guy – even Count Duckula!
Ace of Formby
I can finally reveal that Motorhead’s classic Ace of Spades was actually a cover, it seems the original was cheeky entertainer George Formby.
Sexual Harassment Policy
In preparation for us becoming a corporate site, I thought we’d institue a sexual harassment policy – please take the time to read this. (NSFW)
‘Sitefinder’ Mobile Phone Base Station Database
If you ever need to find your nearest mobile phone (that’s cell phone to our US readers) base station in the UK then you can use the (fairly slow) Sitefinder website. It’s a shame they don’t show the ranges of the stations so you could work out coverage a little better but it did kind of explain why my phones kept jumping to Southern Irish operators last week when I was in Northern Ireland (and thus charging me double for making the same call depending which way the wind was blowing (seriously!)).
OOTTINLTO
Now this is what I like – a perfect example of a One of These Things Is Not Like The Others link – this one is for rolex watches and, of course, is NSFW.
Damn fine work SteveM.
Dark Game
I’m back from the land of potato-powered computers – hope you played nice while I was away. I’ve got a lot of catching up to do and I’ve been sent a huge stack of submissions whilst I was away so in the meantime here’s a very different Dark game from M&M;’s. Nice interface and good game – guess the movie from the picture.
F1 Engine Song
God Save the Queen by a 2.5litre V8 19,000rpm F1 microengine
Geek chic
For those of you old enough to remember those small CD’s that came in little plastic boxes, here’s a guide on how to make a trendy bag out of the ones you’ve still got.
Rejoice!
Windows, buns, aubergines… religious icons have appeared in the most unlikely of places… but a dog’s ar5e?
Prison Break
Sweet game involving sneaking. Took me about 45 minutes to master which is weird considering you can complete it in under a minute! Prison Break. Tip, your character can do more than you first think.
Flying over F1 circuit of Montreal
Take a few old bits of technology – a lightwight RC plane, a little video camera, a universal joint and a gyroscope – and stick them together to make a sweet low budget, long range (well, at least out of sight) reconnaisance aircraft.
Things My Boyfriend Says
“I felt like snuffing the christmas cheer from their vacant little eyes.”
Old site, maybe blogged before but I don’t remember it. When you start reading you might think this is just a tidgey bit cutsie-twee-love-lorn-twaddle-fodder but do keep reading – after the first few posts you realise this girl has a point… her boyfriend does say some decidedly funny things.
Nerd, Geek or Dork?
Apparently, a Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia, a Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one and a Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions. According to this test I am 34% Nerd, 26% Geek, 13% Dork.
You scored less than half in all three, earning you the title of: Joe Normal. This is not to say that you don’t have some Nerd, Geek or Dork inside of you–we all do, and you can see the percentages you have right above. This is just to say that none of those qualities stand out so much as to define you. Sure, you enjoy an episode of Star Trek now and again, and yeah, you kinda enjoyed a few classes back in the day. And, once in a while, you stumble while walking down the street even though there was nothing there to cause you to trip. But, for the most part, you look and act fairly typically, and aren’t much of an outcast.
FYI, you will need to register after doing the test (60 Multi-choice questions) but you can populate the form with nonsense and fake addresses.

Boogie Woogie Dream
I’d like to introduce you to a music genre I got heavily into when I was a teenager (probably quite sad)… Boogie Woogie. You might not have heard of it, or you might have heard some of the stuff that came dribbling out of of white middle class 1940′s American boogie wannabees – please do not be mislead! I believe Boogie Woogie is the father of all groove-based dance music from funk to psychedelic trance garage house. It all mainly started with this tune – Pinetop’s Boogie Woogie by Clarence “Pinetop” Smith in 1928 but then the baton was picked up by three guys in particular, Meade Lux Lewis, Albert Ammons and Pete Johnson. If you’re going to click any link in this post check out this video of Boogie Woogie Dream showing Ammons (with the great smile) and Johnson knocking the he11 out of a couple of grand pianos.
And here’s a few modern guys doing it really well, Chris Conz, Silvan Zingg and Axel Zwingenberger (sadly I can’t find any clips or recordings of Axel, but he has a fine name!)

Lastley i get to publise myself. Easy really, cos my thang is to find and collect free & legal music. I have such a – bottled up – rant about the music business and how it exploits musicians and the public. Blah blah blah extending copyright laws blah blah blah DRM etc etc. So I collect stuff distributed under the creative commons licence. And its all listed here .
Thanks for the submissions Ted, there’s some sweet stuff there!

I feel guilty in having subjected you to a whole serise of dodgey looking web sites. We need something pretty to look at. Here’s some pretty pictures . There are also some more here . At this point in my trawl I became quite depressed at the capability of others in this world to take some rather good photographs. Jeff Grant is too good. As is this guy Keith Parry .

I’m lucky to share a strange facination with our boss, Grom, in the world of the underground. I know its been blogged before, but as I recommended it last time I reckon I can get away with it again, the organisation
Subterranea Britannica has got to be a cool club. The guys I know from sub brit are certainly weird enough. But there is so many more underground folks with similar interests out there. The williamson tunnels in Merseyside are now open to the public. As are the Parisian catacombs .
But if its the military sites you like, be they abandoned missle silos in the US, WW II bunkers in europe or cold war bunkers in the UK.
But seriously folks nuclear war is a dangerous hobbie, but we should be alright becaue we know were the secret nuclear bunker is, and are fully informed thanks to our friends the US government .

Well you are about to find out that I like music of the weirder electronic variety. It all started many moons ago with an unhealthy facination with synthesizers, especially the difficult to operate modular analogue variety. Luckily for me there are enough web sites to sate my appitite. Like here and here . Note the self build aspect. This clip shows how useful modular synths are at making squeaky noises and how difficult they are to make music. And finally if you are geek enough to still be interested but can’t swallow the £1500 price tag then you can always pick up a free paper model or two here , hear and hear .
Among my personal icons are the sound explorers of the pre-synthesizer days, such as those lucky b*^tards of the BBCs radiophonic workshop. This great gallery shows what is really was like at aunty beeb. Please note that while Paddy Granger was credited with composing the Doctor Who theme, it was actually Delia Derbyshire who constructed the electronic realisation. An unsung herione.
You can find scanned images of the long lost electronic music paper Synapse here.
Fancy a fun half an hour trying to compose something weird. Then I heartily recommend audiomulch .

Hi there. So I’ve agreed to lay open my web browsing soul and be a guest editor for pri.me.uk. Unlucky you. I don’t really know where to start….. Here is some news. The BBC obviously feels its missing out on your listening by linking digital radio to mp3 players.
damn those ipods .
Google are relaunching their online office apps writely and spreadsheets . Goes along nicely with the calander – blogged previously. I can’t quite work out if i like the idea of these apps, but its pretty clever.
I like the idea of this though. visual trace route . Pitty its a bit ugly, but at least you can look like a movie hacker.
If you listen to music with a PC, and you are sick of the mind control of itunes – which i hope noone uses, and fancy an alternative to winamp. Try Foobar . I’m on day 2 and loving it. I find the assignment of keyboard keys globally a real boon. I now have something to do with my function keys.
Ted says “Big Train Staring Final”
Another ted submission – I’ve got to admit I loved this when I saw it umpteen years ago and it’s great to see it again… the thrilling action of the Big Train Staring Final.
Ted’s day
Well, JC mentioned a couple of weeks ago that we were going have start having guest bloggers on the site and, unless I’ve completely missed it, he hasn’t done anything about it yet so I’m going to get the ball rolling with a few of Ted’s submissions.
Here’s another “take a photo of myself every day” projects that we’ve seen before but this one is over a the period of 6 years. If I had as little life as Noah I’d count all the frames to see if there really were 2192 or 2194 images!

News quiz
The BBC news quiz has become a Friday Morning institution at my office. The lowest scoring participant is supposed to buy the drinks at lunchtime. Today I scored 2/7 so I’m spending my lunchbreak avoiding the pub.
Pants obsessed dog gets surgery
“Play nice”? Ha! Let’s blog some pr0n! (JK). See ya JC, have a nice time.
Anyways, here’s a nice story about a dog who likes pants. I’m particularly tickled by the name of the dog, Deefer. (If you don’t get the joke you can humiliate yourself by asking for an explanation in the comments)
Holiday
Sorry to say that I’m on holiday for a few days so I’ll have to leave you in the capable hands of Solomon and Carloz. Back at the end of next week – have fun and play nice until then.
Space Balls
It’s a small world relatively speaking.
Hoax Photo Test
Four pages of Tests to see if you can spot a photoshopped Hoax Photo.
I got about 95% of them but mostly because I already knew the images – how did you do?
Can Tossing Masters
More examples of cool skills that have rather limited appeal – these Can Tossing Masters make a fun, impressive movie but I doubt you can make a lot of money out of it. Still, it’s a good vid and must have taken a lot of takes to get right.
Grazr – the future of RSS?
The new Grazr widget tickles me – it’s basically an RSS reader but one that you can install into yoru webpage easily – check out the demo on the TechCrunch review or try this link for a quick and dirty demo.
*Edit* I was halfway through learning how to code a Google Personal widget for Grazr when I realised someone might have already done so. Indeed, Tom Morris has done this already and even made an app to inflict your own OPML feeds on others using his Cow Contraption.
