‘Sitefinder’ Mobile Phone Base Station Database

If you ever need to find your nearest mobile phone (that’s cell phone to our US readers) base station in the UK then you can use the (fairly slow) Sitefinder website. It’s a shame they don’t show the ranges of the stations so you could work out coverage a little better but it did kind of explain why my phones kept jumping to Southern Irish operators last week when I was in Northern Ireland (and thus charging me double for making the same call depending which way the wind was blowing (seriously!)).
