Camberwell Carrot attempt cancelled

Organisers in Amsterdam today annouced that they were cancelling their attempt to make the world’s largest spliff.
“We have now read the small print and realize there could be problems,” they said today, giving them some small consolation in that they might have broken the world record for understatement.
