Old jobs bite back

Gregory Meyerkord worked for US agency Zipatoni and one of his roles was registering domain names for various projects. He left the company in 2000 so imagine his horror when he suddenly found himself at the sharp end of an online hate campaign over a terrible fake blog created by Zipatoni for the Sony PSP six years later. The poor guy has been hounded by citizen journalists, had to pull his blog and go into virtual hiding all because his name was still being used for domain registrations by Zipatoni. All thats left of the PSP campaign is the google cache, a ton of blogs slating it, an apology from Sony and one innocent IT guy bemoaning his two minutes fame.
