Two new Google Goodies
Two new features/easter eggs I’ve just discovered on Google. Firstly, if you add “&imgtype;=face” to the end of any Image Search – like this, it’ll restrict the results to images of faces which is quite cool (N.B. AFAIK, none of the results actually show me, I’m Google-shy as far as photos go).
Secondly, Google Translate now allows you to do single word translations (like Babelfish always has) – this is far more useful than it sounds and I await the firefox extension with baited breath. It’s limited to a handful of languages so far and some of them are in beta – here’s an example transdation.
funny you should mention that – I’ve already had two almost OOTTINLTO using &imgtype;=face submitted to me but they weren’t quite right.
Isn’t it strange how everyone called Grom (or at least has the word ‘Grom’ associated with the GIS results) is either very ugly, has a stupid haircut/hat, or looks slightly ‘special’
ahem, I assume you mean that the word grom is the name of the Polish Marines/SAS and also the name for a young surfer hence many ‘special’ looking people and you’re not making any comment on my looks?
Git!
(but yes, I had noticed and am very happy that I break the mould (note, I said mold, not mirror!)
what, you’re so ugly you affect fungus on bread?!? i feel it’s a little harsh but can see where you’re coming from…

So what’s the prize for the first OOTINLTO to use &imgtype;=face?
