Penny Arcade Demo out now
It’s a holiday weekend here in the UK so if you’ve got nothing better to do then why not download the Penny Arcade Adventures Demo. It’s made by gamers, for gamers, looks awesome and there are versions for linux and Mac as well (yeah, I know – a Mac game!!!).
I’d been waiting for ages for this. I liked the hummor of it, didn’t notice any framerate drop.
But the only way I can sum it up is “Meh”
*Sigh* Such a shame.
You’d think it would be nothing short of ace, but after 5 minutes I couldn’t handle the a) frame rate of about 5 fps even on a damn good system, and b) the unbelievably laboured smugness of it all. V disappointed.
