I stopped using Ableton a couple of years ago. Was finding it too common and everyone was starting to sound the same.

Now that depends on how you use it.
I'm mostly using it for sequencing midi and samples and not using the built-in sounds/libraries. If I do then I tweak until the original sound in unrecognisable. I must say though that it's still not as good as Music-X on my Amiga almost 20 years ago – I still haven't found anything as quick, easy and flexible to use as that but I'll keep looking!
