Bug Hunt – help please!

Can some of our readers help answer a question before Carloz kills me – does this look any different to this in your browser. On some of my machines the font is getting messed up and look too large and blocky on the first link and the background image is getting stretched (look for where the man with the gun is on the right) but on other machines it looks fine.
Please let us know what browser and OS you’re using and if the two pages look any different?
Ta.

Both look identical to me (Vista Business + Chrome)

I’m not gonna kill Grom because he promised me he’d make up for my lost time on Red Dead Redemption by rustling cattle and breaking in some horses for me :)

Both pages look the same on my computers too!

Firefox 3.6.3 XP-SP3 looking fine. No differences

Both equally hideous in IE8. (I’m in work, don’t judge me!)

On that quick straw poll it looks like it’s just me then. I can live with that.
Thanks for the quick responses people.
Oh and gusset, trust me, it looks just as hideous in firefox, chrome and safari – we’re not finished yet though.

Win XP Pro…
Chrome – OK
IE7 – OK
IE6 – OK
Opera 9.6 – OK (I’m getting a sans-serif body font)
Safari – OK (blocky heading grey heading on both pages)
Firefox – OK

cheers me dears – wonder what is causing the opera font change – we’re using google web fonts so should be the same although I am trying to convince Carloz to use sans serif instead of serif version of Droid font.
I’ve decided that it must be some plugin/extension for firefox that I have both at home and work that changing the layout for me.

There’s gonna be a site update in the coming days, which will include a sans font and probably a colour change as white text on a dark background is hard to read on a hangover.

Both fine on
Windows 7 64bit
Firefox 3.6.3
Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385

It’s because your body font defaults to sans-serif… arial… then serif… then helvetica… thusly:

body {font: 90%/1.4 ‘Droid Serif’, arial, serif, helvetica, sans-serif;}

Not sure why the font list alternates between serif and sans serif though – kinda quirky… I like it :)
