Federal Bureau of Ignorance

A few days ago, someone posted a thread on Reddit asking if the device he’d found on a friend’s car was an FBI GPS tracker.  the answer was a resounding ‘Yes!’.  Now it seems the FBI have been in contact to ask for their device back.  And these people are responsible for the security of a whole country!
